Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Cleveland Service

Just bought our 2nd car from crown Chrysler dodge of cleveland. Used the same salesman Colby Evans for the 2nd time as well. Great young man who had the same customer service as the first time. The finance guy (can't remember his name) but he was the friendliest, genuine man too. Just a all around great place to go. Highly highly recommend.

Went in for warranty work on my 2013 wrangler, as usual the service team was excellent at fixing my issues and provided detailed list of upcoming scheduled maintenance. My service advisor is Hannah Wilson who by far has been the best service advisor I have had in years there. Thank you so much for everything you do for your customers

Caleb Barham was most kind and helpful fitting me into the schedule as I had mistakenly made my appointment for the wrong dealership (Chattanooga rather than Cleveland). He clearly outlined all that needed to be done, the costs and other options. In the end, he also showed extreme patience assisting me with payment as my bank created a bit of an unexpected obstacle compounded by my own lack of tech skills which I could not have worked through without his assistance. The technician was also helpful in explaining how prior work on my Jeep related to what was due at this point in time. Overall, an excellent experience; I will definitely return for future service on my Jeep.

Hannah was wonderful. Polite, friendly and explained every thing clearly. The estimate she quoted was right on and there where no surprises. The service crew completed the job in a fair amount of time, took proper care keeping my truck clean and I've had no issues since. The waiting area was clean, the coffee was fresh and the wifi worked great.

Great service from Caleb Barham at Crown CDJR. Kept me informed of service progress in a timely manner and the issues involved. Not thrilled about my second battery recall, but that’s all Jeep’s (Stellantis) issue. Service was fine. I would recommend the service dept. Price was N/A.. a recall.
