I let them do work on my car and every time I picked up my car, I had to take it back, same day or next day for the same issue. I still have the issue and now I am going to a place who take pride in their work. This experience was so bad I wish I had never took my car here. Trust loyalty and integrity was never presented. Not one time did they apologize and correct the issue. They only inconvenienced me and still charged me thousands of dollars. I can assure you that this is definitely a place that will take your money and never get your car 100% right. When you walk in if they see you are loaded with money they are going to give you a list of problems wrong with your car. I have yet to see the good things people are saying on these reviews. I had an outstanding experience with the team at Import Motorworks. They took the time to carefully diagnose and fix my Range Rover Sport Autobiography Supercharged, and the difference is incredible. Professional, Courteous and Honest. My car needed a 100,000 mile service, and these guys did a great job. I was able to get a loaner as well. Sam and Will were friendly and accommodating. I’ll be taking my car back there in the future.

Import Motorworks completed a tedious suspension job on my BMW E36 and the entire interaction was extremely pleasant. The service advisor and mechanics were both knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They completed the job in a very timely manner and charged a fair price. Highly recommend!!
