Alex Greenland was great to deal with, highly recommended. Had our new Wagoneer in for ceramic coating and interior protection treatment. Estimated time for the job being completed was spot on. They did a great job and the vehicle looks flawless.

I took my 2020 Ram in for a repair of my windshield washer system. My service department advisor Billy Petikas did his usual excellent job of taking care of everything, and making sure the repair was done correctly and that I was totally satisfied with all aspects of the visit. Cannot recommend Crown Ram and its employees enough. They care and will do everything they can to make sure their customers needs are met.

I first came to Crown, in August of last year, due to a service issue with another dealer. I had a complicated problem that required a particularly patience ear. I found that man in, Service Manager, Alex Greenland. Alex was straight forward with excellent communication and honesty; while attempting to help solve my issues. His standard of service is seldom seen in todays times. I was despondent and dejected with Wagoneer Services and the other (my local) dealer. Alex, along with Service Director, Ty Ramsey (who was also wonderful, and a big part of keeping me in the loop about my car; speaking with me and even taking the time to send me pictures and video when I had questions), renewed my faith in Jeep products and the people that back them. Although I purchased the vehicle from another dealership, I was greeted warmly and the attention to my vehicle and my concern was addressed to the fullest. I had taken the car to a more local shop for the periodic maintenance inspection, but owing to a recall issue I decided to take to a dealership for inspection. That I had already changed the oil and personally replaced the air and cabin filter, things typically part of an inspection service at my mileage, seemed to make no difference in how me and my vehicle we treated and managed. I'm most impressed.

Matt Cogdill was absolutely outstanding. We brought our Jeep Wrangler in for some help just one week after purchasing it, and Matt was extremely diligent, professional, and communicated with us every step of the way. He and the service manager Ty truly went above and beyond in ways that weren’t even necessary, which speaks volumes about them and the dealership.
