Crown Collision Center and Body Shop

I had my truck repaired at Crown Automotive after a small collision. The color didn’t match and the parts they replaced were misaligned. I made them aware about the issues. They were supposed to fix it. Instead of fixing the issues they made the paint look even worse and seemed like they tried to force the parts together with a hammer. If your insurance allows you to a different shop than this place, do your self a favor and take the alternative.

Absolutely zero integrity at this dealership! The staff acts as if they’re doing me a favor by servicing my car. Faulty inspection and I’ve been waiting 40 days for a simple tire and wheel replacement only to bring it back the next day. Here’s what happened: I swerved to avoid a collision caused by a reckless driver, damaging two wheels in the process. The other driver’s insurance took full responsibility, so I had my car towed to this dealership—the only official Toyota dealer in town—expecting a thorough inspection and timely insurance claim. After a week of silence, I followed up only to find they hadn’t even completed their internal filing. The service advisor, Olivia, performed a cursory inspection and dismissed the damage as “merely cosmetic.” I seriously doubt her qualifications to

I was scared and confused being I have never had a vehicle been damaged / wrecked and they handled everything flawlessly and efficiently. Josh is absolutely amazing. He is very meticulous and pay close attention to detail. He worked on a previous Volkswagen cross sport I had a few years ago when I was hit in a hit and run And now he just completed my 2023 atlas cross sport that a teenager hit my front bumper and destroyed. He went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction and I am extremely grateful. Highly recommend crown collision center - ask for Josh!
