Shoutout to the amazing team at Crown Collision, especially Josh! I stopped in with a scratch on my wheel well, expecting to just schedule an appointment or get an estimate. Instead, Josh helped me out on the spot and buffed the scratch out for me immediately. His willingness to go the extra mile and provide such quick, quality service was amazing. Crown Collision Center went above and beyond I was so happy with the initial intake with Judy, she completed the insurance claim and ordered a rental car for me. Also I left with a backup sensor which was a nice upgrade for my 2012 4 Runner. Will be going back in the spring for auto detailing.

I highly recommend Crown Collision in Bristol, RI. Our situation was different than the usual, as we visited Crown Collision for a second opinion on a previous repair. Our accident occurred about three years ago, but we had the GEICO lifetime warranty. We had begun to notice that our car was making creaking noises close to where the collision occurred and these began to worry us. We were in Bristol over the 4th of July holiday and decided to visit Crown Collision based on recommendations from family.
