Will be recommending friends and family looking to purchase a new vehicle to come by and get with John Stemma. Best sales man I’ve ever dealt with. Made the whole experience quick and easy and hassle free. I’ve had some horrible experiences and second guessed coming in. But now I’m leaving a happy customer with a different outlook on car salesman and dealerships

I would have given a 5 star if I was not misled on paperwork and lied to. When car was delivered to me I was told they will have it cleaned up prior to delivery, was not. Was told I would get a temp tag with paperwork, was not given. I text and was told sorry will overnight one on Monday, this transaction was on Friday. Monday came and went with no mail, I text and was told they would check with office to see if it was sent and if not they will overnight it Tuesday and get Wednesday. Did not hear back had to re text them Wednesday to see what’s going on, received text with tracking number for paperwork. Fed ex tracking said sender marked needing someone to sign for paperwork and would be delivered between 11 and 140pm. Stayed home and waited, 145 comes and I look at tracking and now says

Purchased a 2022 Ram 2500 with 700 miles. The tires had low pressure. We were assured by Chance our sales associate that he would put air in the tires and it would be fine. The tires will not hold air. Took the tires a tire shop where we discovered the rims are cracked and liquid weld had been used to try to cover up the problem. We messaged Chance about the problem. He said he and his brother Jimmy; the sales manager would make this right. After 2 weeks of no reply, we tried reaching out to the sales manager. Crown was right on time with my purchase of my 2026 Ram Warlock. Amanda hooked me and my Amanda up with a great deal we were very pleased about. She was not “pushy” but very knowledgeable about their products! We would easily choose them again in the future.
