I had such an amazing experience with my new truck purchase. I got there late about 45 minutes before closing just wanting to narrow down what I wanted after not being sure. Jordan asked to see a Pic of one of the ones I was there to see (used 5 years old). He took a look at that and said can I show you something else I think I know exactly what you are looking for. He took me to the showroom and there it was. Exactly what I wanted an RHO. Years ago I was in love with the look of the TRX but way too much truck for my needs. However me and this RHO.... This is hands-down one of the best dealerships I’ve been to when it comes to getting things done at the service department. I made an appointment over the phone for a for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 Dodge Ram Limited Eco Diesel truck and came in the next morning. I had no wait time. As I pulled up to the service department, I was greeted by one of the members. They checked me in promptly and walked me to the shuttle that took me home while my vehicle was being worked on. When they were getting close to finishing the job, they contacted me to schedule the shuttle pick up. When I got there, my vehicle was there waiting for me and I went to the cashier to settle my debt. It was a very smooth process with excellent customer service.
