Dan Pepper took really good care of me from start to finish and kept me alerted on the process! He had to keep my truck overnight to order a part and I was offered an Uber back to my home and then picked up the same way the following afternoon. Everything was fixed perfectly and my 2023 Nissan Titan truck has never been better. Thanks to Dan and the team for their expert work on my truck.

I was shopping online for a Rogue, found exactly what I wanted at Crown Nissan. Amelia McGreevy answered my call and got me hooked up with the 2025 Rogue. She was there for my initial look at the vehicle, she worked with me to get all items taken car of on the used vehicle. I was allowed to use my own financing. Seemless shopping experience. All the managers worked together to make sure my vehicle was ready. Excellent experience. NO RIP OFF HERE. I would buy from this dealership again! Crown offered better deal than Bradenton Nissan. Cross the bridge people for a better deal. Oh I LOVE my Rogue! Drives like a dream - So happy every time I need to drive to Tampa! Thank you Crown and Amelia!

Received excellent service from Lesley Shepherd at Crown Nissan for the first service visit on my daughter‘s 2025 Nissan Rogue Platinum. Leslie was personable and made sure the vehicle was serviced properly. This included testing the windshield wiper fluid dispensing we were having a problem with before I drove off. She also took the time to work on a problem I was having with the MyNissan app connecting to the car. If only all service advisors you run into a car dealerships in your lifetime were as good as Leslie maybe people wouldn’t hate going to car dealerships so much.

Anthony Lackey greeted me at the door upon my arrival. Was very detailed in checking what service our car was in need of and what the cost of each service would be if we wish to have them done while their getting our oil changed.
