I can’t say enough about the amazing service I receive from Joseph Guerrera at Crown Volvo. For 7 years he has made an annual chore, painless and total pleasure. He always remembers me and makes me feel as he really cares. I truly value the professional way he expedites the process. The valet service is a such a convenience, to me. The driver Sean is friendly and personable, adding to the convenience and ease in dealing with my annual event.

Joseph Guerrera did a great job helping get our XC60 repaired on a Saturday. He got the car in on time, had it promptly diagnosed and repaired (bad spark plugs/wires). He kept us informed of the timing and costs. We’re very happy with Joseph and Crown.

Brian Tessitore at Crown Volvo went out of his way to accommodate me for an urgent repair to my XC90, as I was visiting and needed an alternator replacement to allow my return to Virginia. He is indeed a major credit to the Crown dealership.

Good Experience at Crown Volvo St. Pete. Greeted immediately upon pulling up to the service center and Ethan Rogerson, the service advisor, was professional and detailed. This was my first visit to Crown Volvo service center and I was impressed. The lobby was pleasant with beverages, snacks, and an area to work on personal business.
