Crownpoint Retirement Community

My wife and I recently had the pleasure to tour Crownpoint and we’re very impressed. We are looking for a retirement community and we believe this will be it. The owners and staff could not be nicer. We could feel the sense of community. We especially like the green space for activities and our dog is going to love the dog park.

During a recent JMU football weekend, we toured a Crownpoint 55+ Living duplex in Harrisonburg, VA and came away most impressed! The duplex residence, listed as 1500 sq. ft., was spacious with a beautiful open living space and high ceilings and was very well appointed with its granite counters and kitchen appliances. The bedrooms were surprisingly large and roomy, and we were impressed by the size and amenities of the ensuite bathroom and walk in closet of the master bedroom. The model’s smaller bedroom had been arranged as a home office but was nonetheless very well-suited to remain a sleeping quarters. My wife and I are fully mobile, capable, and intent on independent living, but as we age, the home’s single level living, its wide doors and passages, and maintenance free upkeep along

Duplex we moved a relative into is perfect. Owner & Realtor are very easy to work with and constantly strive for excellence.

My family recently got a relative of ours set up here. The process was incredibly smooth and the facilities are amazing. Highly recommended

This place is really coming along fast - Gordon and the Crownpoint staff have been great to work with. I can tell this is going to be a fun place to live.
