My experience with the Cruiser Outfitters team has always been outstanding. Whether it’s sourcing hard-to-find parts for my Euro-spec Land Cruiser or getting general parts advice, they’re consistently knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. To the Cruiser Outfitters team: never underestimate how much your positive customer service matters. Some parts suppliers treat customers like an inconvenience — you never do. Always great and knowledgeable. The one time I had an issue with my order I got a call from Ollie and he had the issue figured out within a minute and had a new diff bearing sent out same day. You can tell a lot about a company by how they handle unexpected issues and I’m happy to say that cruiserteq is the best I’ve ever experienced.

If you know Cruisers then you already know how big of nationwide legends the folks at Cruiser Outfitters are. I’ve ordered various parts, large and small, from them and they have always been excellent to work with and provided unparalleled expertise. On top of that, everyone there has a large passion for Land Cruisers and wheeling in general. We are incredibly privileged to have their services here on the Wasatch Front. I just got my FJ60 back from Cruiser Outfitters and had a 5 speed, rear ARB locker, clutch, new rebuilt drivelines and more completed. They kept me well informed during the entire process and the install was absolutely beautiful. The 5 speed makes it drive like a dream and the locker install was very non- intrusive. Works perfect. Super helpful. They found me the guts of an aisin locking hub without making me buy the whole hub and lockout assembly. I emailed an inquiry and got a response the next day. Definitely going to be shopping with them again.
