Cruz Car Wash

My mom took her Mercedes there a few months ago to get cleaned only to find literally three things broken in the car. The back parking sensor is completely broken glove box completely broken passenger mirror literally fell off of the roof of the car. The manager there gave me the owners cards and I’ve been trying to contact them. I talked to Bhavesh Patel and told me to go get an estimate and that they’re gonna take care of it not to go through insurance as it is going to be more expensive. Went and got the estimate tried to treat this very professionally as he was responsive at the beginning. Now after so many failed attempts, I cannot reach the owner. Sent him an estimate. Told him to talk about it. Try to discuss it with them no response at all. I hope they get back to me and actuall

They did such a lousy job my wife asked when I was going to get the car washed. Many surfaces were never wiped down. I had spray residue inside my car. The inside and out had dirt all over it. My rubber trunk liner was folded slightly and crushed by the trunk door. My side mirrors are motorized and folded for the car wash. They had yanked the passenger side mirror off its track, forcing it open. When I attempted to talk to a manager, they said I had to wait until 3 pm, then at 3 pm, they said I had to wait till the morning. Just go anywhere else.

I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD. There was some damage to my leather dashboard, its small but very noticeable, and to the tint on the car door window in the back seat, when having my car cleaned at the Cruz Car wash on 7/6/2025. I spoke with the manager Martin who was very courteous and who shared the owner's (ASHISH PATEL) contact information with me in the form of a business card, saying the owner would have to approve of any repairs for damage. I have used this car wash often, always paying top dollar for "the works"...even tipping $20 to the employees each time, but the last two times, they did not do a good job vacuuming the the car either. I picked up my mothers car from the shop and wanted to get it clean for her as opposed to just running it through a self service wash. This is the only car wash that was in the area. Their overall system is confusing. It’s part car wash/gas station/self service so I didn’t know exactly where to go. For $35 specifying exterior and interior, I expected that the car would be reasonably clean. I am not out to yell at employees, but I most certainly did not get what I paid for. I got gas afterwards and had to clean most of the car all over again. A lot of the car had tree sap that didn’t come off during the initial wash, but 3 people worked on the car wiping it down, yet they missed SO many spots on the car. I say don’t waste your time or money here. All they did was wipe down my dashboard, barely and washed the outside and when they dried it with their towels, there was red residue and lint from the towels all over my vehicle. They didn’t even bother to vacuum inside. This is a lousy business here.
