Was pleasant from the first phone call, gave me an ETA and he showed up well before that, knocked out the roadside service within 5 minutes (in the rain), gave me some tips, shared a few laughs, and wished me a happy holiday season. Highly recommend!
I’d like to give a shout out to Shawn! Of starlight road service llc! I got a flat tire (found out it’s sliced! 😭) coming to my office today. Normally I would handle it my self and change to spare but yesterday I fell down the stairs and injured my back/spine so I couldn’t change it my self. Waited since 8:30 for road side but no one came. I then called Shawn and he was 2 minutes down the street waiting for a call! The universe has a way of connecting people and I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism and work done by Shawn! If you ever need roadside assistance give him a call. Got a flat tire on the highway. The owner called and showed up at our location quickly and was very nice. He got our flat tire changed and got us on the road again in no time. And on Christmas! Thanks for the help!
