Crystal Car Wash

If I could give Crystal car wash 0 stars, I would. The machine ate $4 worth or quarters. I had to move my car to a different stall covered in soap. Called the phone number listed for problems and was "helped" by being sent straight to a voicemail and no returned call. $3 initial fee to start the machine (standard), 10 seconds for each quarter you put in thereafter. What a rip off. Needless to say I left the place with a half-ass cleaned car and angry. Just drive your car through an automatic car wash, it will be more clean and you will have spent way less money. Awful.

Quarters jammed in the machine and so my time ran out with my truck still covered in soap. I then tried to exchange a $20 bill (as that was all I had in cash) and the machine took my $20 and did not give me a single quarter and would not return my bill.

We will be in town this weekend with many, many SUV's. I am hoping this car wash is up, running, and ready to go for us. If so, they will get lots of business!

Standard coin do it yourself carwash with 3 bays. Change machine for bills and vacuum available.

Pros: change machine on site considering everything operates on quarters only, right off of 133 and easy to access, less $ than most car washes Cons: you get what you pay for - Vaccuum was low pressure and only a few minutes at a time. $3 gets you 2 and 1/2 minutes to wash the car. I spent $6 and had a 75% done job. It’s not practical to empty 24+ quarters and rush the job. System needs updated. I’ll go go elsewhere from now on.
