Crystal Clean Car Wash

This place was great! Our dog is very large and has a ton of hair. We were able to wash her with flea shampoo and dry her hair using their awesome blow dryer. We had a great experience. I loved that we were able to pay using a card too since I never have cash.

Waited in line for over 45mins with only one lane/bay open. Then, it’s finally my turn to pay, and soon thereafter I’m told by the employee that because there were three cars in front of me waiting, that my fourth payment “throws off the whole stack, and he has to reboot the whole system.” I asked how I was to know this, and he said I wouldn’t (ok….). Just then, the vehicle behind me had an opportunity to leave (lucky), and then was berated by the employee who was worries about his cone being run over, and not the terrible inconvenience. Currently *STILL* waiting for my car wash at the one hour mark. This was my first and LAST time here. Probably one of the better touchless washes in the area. Unfortunately, I can’t use it anymore as the last few times I tried, it couldn’t scan my car correctly for a wash. It always used to work for my car, but the attendant said after an update my car is too low to scan now? I have a stock 1996 Chevy Camaro which isn’t that low, so they must be losing out on a lot of business. Hopefully they can fix the issue soon because I’d love to go back.

I came in for a soft touch clean and saw there was a massive, unmoving line. This one guy was running around talking to all the different cars and when he got to me he informed me that the car wash machine could only process 4 washes in line at a time otherwise he had to reset the whole system! In a beautiful effort to keep things moving, everyone stayed put to make sure only three payments were processed at a time and Josh was like a frenzied angel making sure everyone was taken care of and informed of what was happening. He even offered for me to pull into the bay for an extra rinse off at the end! Despite it taking 40 minutes to get my car washed (and it's winter so my goodness I was happy to wait), I felt a great comraderie among the other drivers and well taken care of by Josh.

Now normally I wouldn’t give the time of day to rate a car wash. I tried to give this place a bit of grace after another truck smashed into my car while I was waiting in line for my wash. But I think I’m all set with coming here after this morning, I was cleaning out my car and preparing to vacuum it, when an employee comes over and takes the trash can. All the other bays were empty, and the trash was nowhere near full. He didn’t acknowledge me literally cleaning my car out, just ran off with the trash can I needed to finish. I gave it about 3 minutes before I said to hell with it and left. Half cleaned car. Maybe this place just isn’t for me.
