Crystal Klean Car Wash

Paid for a car wash then pulled into the wash. Nothing happened, pulled forward and back several times. The wash never activated, left several messages with no reply!!

Barely any soap, no rinse water after the brushes, and the ‘stop’ warning flashed the entire time, even during the drying cycle. Tried calling, but the number is disconnected. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I have been patronizing this car wash since it opened years ago, continually have to call nearly every time I get a wash to inform the owners that there is something wrong with their carwash. I have quit calling because it is every time, the left wheel brush has been missing for years, the second stall blow dryers quit rotating years ago but neither has been fixed. The soap is watered down and the machines have been sped up as to get done quicker but do a horrible job. Today I went through the 3rd stall and there has been no soap on the right side of the vehicle for at least the last 3 washes I have purchased. My advise is seek out another car wash, the owners obviously don't care about the quality of the wash or they would repair the items that have been broken for years.

Absolutely terrible! The chemicals caused my black trim to have an oil tint on it that I can’t get off. Brand new car as well. Needs to be shut down!

These owners at the Chillicothe and Waverly car washes do not keep up on their washes they do not work 1/2 the time if not more and when you call they either don’t answer their phone nor do they return your messages terrible terrible business owners!!!!!!!
