C’s Auto Sales

I purchased a Fiat 500 from C's Auto in July of 2025. The car runs fine enough but the button to access the trunk and side mirror adjustment button were both not functional. C's proceeded to produce a written agreement that they would procure and replace the parts. It is now March of 2026 and they have not upheld their written agreement. I have called several times to ask for updates and no one has given me any timelines or meaningful feedback in any way. Inspection for the vehicle is now coming up and the car will not pass inspection due to their failure to uphold their agreement. It couldn't have passed inspection before so my legal team and I suspect it was a sticker slap to begin with.

UPDATE: I took it to a mechanic 8/11/25 and it cost me $1200 to fix the front struts and sway bar, the car was smacking down on the smallest of bumps so it needed to be adressed. Repair reciepts are attached as images. Original review: I purchased a vehicle about 3 weeks ago. When I test drove the vehicle it rattled a lot in the front and the front hood wouldn't pop open when the release was pulled. I was told the owner wanted to check the vehicle again before selling so I waited another day for them to do that and put a down payment on the vehicle to get the ball rolling. I was called in a day later with the hood issue resolved but was told the rattling was a non issue and was normal for the model. Please be careful when buying from this dealership. They will sell you a vehicle knowing it has issues which will not be covered under your warranty. They’ll even get you approved fast just to make the sale. Always bring your own mechanic and do not listen to anyone in the shop they work with. They’ll sell you a lemon dipped in candy but after you sign that dotted line that’s it the problem is yours and the payments. BE CAREFUL.

Bought a caddie for 35oo didn’t make it 15 miles before car overheated texted him right away about returning car he never responded took car to get looked at and sencer was rigged with a wire and hidden so it wasn’t easily found so car wouldn’t report overheating was told everything was looked at before hand so he must have k own car wasn’t any good he toldme I was the one who must blown engine this is a dealership this is not what I expected from a dealer ship he also gave me a 6 month warranty that he said will we activated right away it pays 60 dollars an hour for work done on car so I got screwed both ways from what I was told by mechanic that looked at car the evidence showed cause he was too lazy to put it back himself that he knew this car was a lemon

We were very disappointed. We drove 1hr 20min to check out a gmc sierra. The picture listed and description made it seem like an amazing buy but once we had a chance to look at the truck we found that they had self tapped wheel flares to hide bad rust around the wheel wells and the bar that holds the truck bed onto the frame was rusted so bad it was almost non existent to the point that the bed of the truck was almost touching the frame. None of this was previously mentioned to us before we came to check it out so we wasted time and gas. Not an establishment I would trust unfortunately.
