I called ahead and was told they service Lexus vehicles, and the overall experience was very good. The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They used Mobil 1 full-synthetic oil, which I really appreciated. The only small improvement would be to offer or ask about OEM or premium filter options, as an aftermarket (STP) filter was used by default. Not a major issue, just something for customers who are particular about parts. Overall, a pleasant experience with excellent customer service.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have never taken my car anywhere else other than the dealership. Culp's was recommended by someone and I took my vehicle in to be serviced for coolant tubes and another issue. They called and explained what was wrong in detail, provided updates as to when the parts were in and when the car would be finished. The customer service and maintenance was top tier.

My car has been sitting in my driveway for 6 months. Had to it towed to Culps and within a week it was running like new! The guys know what they are doing and very fair on prices!!

I was traveling to work 139 miles from home and my pickup truck stopped blowing cold air. The automatic transmission was also shifting noticeably harder than normal. Not knowing anyone in the area to ask for recommendations, I googled auto repair shops in the Monroe area. Culp's Automotive had the best average reviews and many more than other shops. I called them and explained what the truck was doing and my circumstances. They worked with me to make sure I was able to get a rental car while mine would be in the shop. It was actually ready to be picked up the same day. They were professional and quick with diagnosing and repairing the issue.
