Great Service, Great Staff: I have been calling Ford dealers in MS, PA, AL and KY looking for a discontinued part. Mr. Rich Stennet of Premiere Ford gave me some numbers to call. On my third call I spoke with the parts manager Mr. Jerry Wallace at Cumberland Ford in Middlesboro KY on 9-29-25 and he had I new part in stock of this discontinued part. He took my info and I paid and he mailed it to me. It arrived today 10-1-25. Fast, prompt service. Mr. Wallace was so professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. What a great buisness and staff. Staff was courteous, and efficient. I took my truck in for a repair, thinking my oil leak was a rear maim seal, they found an oil pan leak instead. The cost was much less.
I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Bryan was amazing and really was so helpful. I got the explorer I wanted and drove 2 hours there to get it. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Thanks Bryan !!
