Came here thinking it’d be a great place to take a vehicle since it was one of the brands under the umbrella of brands for this dealership. I had it there a few days, no estimate, felt like I was being pushed to the side and was honestly talked out of getting repairs done because they said it’d be over 15k. I said please work with me, this vehicle is my life, I will do what I can to make it work. They said they’d call me the next day with an estimate but never did, though I told them I had a 2 week dead line altogether from the time I had brought it in (I also called a few days in advance to make an appointment mind you). Mr Blake and international at Cumberland in Jacksonville did an excellent job I had a transmission issue and they got me right in. They got the freight here fast and once they figure out what they were going to do, or attack the situation they got it done quick professional honest service. Really a life saver!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
