They did an absolute wonderful job you couldn’t even tell it was wrecked Looked brand new great with Service always kept us up-to-date with what was going on. You didn’t have to call and ask they kept you informed. Gave you when they thought things would be completed and did it with in that time. I would highly recommend them for costumer services and quality of work!!!!!

This is the worst place ever. You can go to or deal with. We had a van that was totaled out in their parking lot. They were paid through Allstate for storage and a tow. And that the van will be picked up they took our van on the other side of the road and left it and Ward trucking parking lot. The best part is they drove the front tire on driver side off the rim. And then left it there we have had Altoona Police department and Logan township Police department. Come to our home over this they are absolutely the worst company in the world let alone don't know how to do the work right generic cheap work nobody should ever use them

Jack H was our "agent" / contact person and I am very satisfied with the services completed. Not only did they work with the insurance company so I didn't have to but I they also completed the work in about a week. Jack was very helpful with the process and even did a separate estimate for my vehicle to have fixed at the same time if I wanted. Will definitely be going back if I have any other issues and would recommend.

I have experience in auto body and had some deer damage work done by them. I can see defects in body work and paint work a mile away. Of All the issues, they did not flat out refuse to fix but said I needed to deal with my insurances local rep to get him to see the defects. This had nothing to do with my insurance company. If parts do not fit, you stop and contact the proper people to get the matter resolved. You don’t just finish the entire job and then leave it up to the vehicle owner to do all the leg work to get it taken care of. First bumper cover they installed literally looked like they cut it with scissors to fit around the headlights. Huge door to fender gap from aftermarket parts they used.
