You cant get anyone at the farmington branch “not allowed to talk to directly” and you just get corporate people or answering service in another country… that you cant understand…. If you walk in they do very little and know very little and hardly stock anything diesel engines at the Farmington hub. But if you want natural gas parts for oil field you might get lucky. Better off going through a major dealer instead of this hub.

Travelling through New Mexico in a Class A motorhome and experienced an extreme loss of engine power. Called the local Cummins Sales and Service center and their Service Supervisor, Miguel Avila told me to come right in. From the moment I arrived I realized that I was in good hands. Miguel was great at keeping me updated on the progress. His team systematically went through the steps to properly diagnose the underlying problem and get me back on the road in two days. The staff treated me with professionalism, courtesy, and extreme fairness. I would highly recommend this service center to anyone with a Cummins motor.

Took my Onan 4 KY generator in for repair and Caitlin and Bob (Tech) were amazing. Caitlin went out of her way to help me get scheduled and Bob (tech) was working on my unit before I even left the driveway. They quickly notified me of the problem and cost, and did an excellent job of getting me out the door and down the road. My only problem is the cost, (which they have no control over), but that’s what happens when ya have an Onan!! Thanks Rocky Mountain Cummins!!

Bob and the guys at Cummins Farmington did a great job repairing the Onan Diesel generator in our RV. They were very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. It’s always good to do business with mechanics that are “gear heads” and one look in the parking lot tells you these guys love tricked out 4 wheel drives! It’s a first rate shop with good mechanics.
