First time at a small repair shop and cannot recommend enough. They were honest about their capacity. When they did have the appointment available, my car was repaired in a timely manner.

I honestly can not say enough good things about Cunningham's. I've been going here for years and it's the best thing that's ever happened to me as a car owner. As a woman, I worry about being taken advantage of, but never at Cunningham's. I've taken my car to them and said "it's making a funny noise and I don't know what it is." They could have charged me an arm and a leg because I don't know any better, but they've always done honest, good, affordable work. They always pleasantly surprise me with their prices and service. 100% recommend!!!

The shop is local to us. We needed a headlight replaced in a Chevy Traverse. The bulbs are HID specialty bulbs that cost about $200. The dealer wanted $1200 to replace both bulbs and said it was difficult to do because the bumper and tires needed to come off. I was shocked! We called Cunningham’s. They found out they could get to it easier than expected. They called and said they really didn’t think both bulbs needed replaced at this time. Total repair was $30 more than the cost of the bulb. My husband told them that they have a customer for life! Very honest and efficient!

So here it is in a nutshell as they say! I took my jeep in for some work with very specific instructions all of which were ignored at my expense! First, the steering wheel has electric problems that have already ruined other components in the steering column. When I dropped the vehicle off as well as when I made the appointment I was very specific in that this issue needed fixed first because of the other symptoms it is causing in the vehicle. When the diagnosis and repair was beyond Cunninghams understanding, they went ahead and replaced the switches in the column that have been affected but without fixing the initial problem so the "repairs" will just go bad again anyway since the short in the wheel and column were never fixed!
