Not only did they offer me a battery, they made sure I left with brand new brake lights and even filled the air in my tires to the standard PSI. They also fixed my bumper which I have been neglecting to over a month now, these guys are awesome to be around and I would easily come back for more help. We took our Chrysler 300 in to figure out what this noise was. We found out that all our brand new tires had issues. They shake when the car goes above 40. All of them are not balanced correctly. Which also needs aligned now which was also done when we bought the tires. Mike explained everything to full detail about anything that was wrong or anything that may need done in the future. He looked the car over from head to toe. He also changed the fluids in the transfer case and the rear differential trying to see if that was the issue before charging us with something that may not be the right problem for this noise. We started with small things first to weed out what could be a bigger issue and more pricey. He kept it real and is very down to earth and we will be going back for future work

Rmc fleet and auto has amazing customer service. They always make me feel right at home. This is a mechanic with amazing integrity that always goes above and beyond for his customers. Family Owned rachel his wife runs all the customers service front end is always is wonderful to work with. I had mechanic charge me $120 for an air filter replacement and Mike showed me the cost was 15 to 20 bucks for the filter and popped it out and put it back in right in front of me in 2 seconds. I only go to them from now on being someone who knows nothing about cars in glad I finally have someone i can trust. I recommend them to everyone so don't hesitate to give them a call if your ever in need. I assure you you'll never go anywhere else. Trust me.

My husband is a stickler about where he takes our vehicles & his "toys". RMC goes above & beyond for their customers. They dont hesitate to go in early or stay late ( or late on a Saturday) to make sure that your vehicle is done right & on a timely basis. Pricing is more than fair & the staff is great! When was the last time you had fun at the repair shop??? We won't ever go anywhere else.
