I had the best experience here! Pierson did my oil change and are repairing my shocks and axles -- everything was done super quickly and efficiently. They are family owned and friendly, honest, and really know what they're doing. I appreciated how fast they got me in and kept me updated along the way. Definitely recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, timely service!

Cupertino Mercedes, in their former California location, has serviced both my Mercedes cars for the past 12 years, first my 2000 SLK 230 Kompressor and then my 2006 SLK280. They been extremely helpful and informative, both in evaluating pre-purchase, and in maintaining both cars through the miles and years. Both cars were/are always consistently right on the mark in all respects. Pierson and Nicole have always gone out of their way to do the best service possible at the best price. Working with them has been awesome: I've felt like one of the family, and they've done very well for me and all the friends I've sent to them over the years. It's ironic that I used to have my Mercedes serviced at Cupertino Mercedes many, many years ago when they were in Cupertino, and I recently found them again in Sunnyvale. The first time I went to ask a question about a battery, Nicole was very nice and answered my question. Several weeks later, my check engine light came on, so I made an appointment with Nicole to have the issue checked out and fixed. They found the problem and fixed it, at what I thought was a reasonable price. From what I see, they are very honest and really know what they're doing. I will take both of my Mercedes to them for servicing when needed, and you should too!

They deserve the good reviews! Changed brakes at a reasonable price. Gave me an honest tip on the car’s shock absorber leaks, and its warranty coverage. If parts are covered by warranty they help you cut the costs.

Just moved to the Bay and needed to find a shop I could trust to work on my 2004 SL500. After calling around and reading reviews, Cupertino Mercedes seemed trustworthy, competent, and fairly priced--they exceeded my expectations. Nicole and her team were highly communicative, honest about what needed to be fixed, and efficient getting repairs done. The shop was much bigger than I expected (3 bays), sparkling clean, and busy--I met someone with an '05 SL when I dropped off my '04.
