Went in for a smog check. Technician was friendly. Wait was short. Service was quick. Is there anything else you need for smog service? STAR certified. Went on a Saturday morning around 10AM; one person being worked on before me, no one when I left. Would definitely go back there again and recommend to friends.

Habib has been maintaining our cars for many years, and I’ve recommended him to many friends who’ve saved a great deal thanks to his efficient service. I usually just hand over my keys with full confidence that he’ll resolve the issue promptly and never overcharge :)

The gas here may be mixed with ethanol, my car's gas mileage was about 15% worse.Increased fuel consumption, especially when accelerating and going uphill. We haven't actually taken the gas here to a testing facility to check its quality, though. This is just my personal opinion.E-85 gas is about $1 less per gallon than regular gas.My car is not flex fuel compatible.Only E-15 and below can be used.If 15% or more of ethanol is contained, the rubber and plastic parts of the gas line will deteriorate.I don't want to pay for car repairs because it's cheap or bad, and I want to ride a car for many years without a breakdown, so I stopped refueling the gas here.

Our family car had its catalytic converter stolen. We had it repaired by a licensed shop, who installed an aftermarket catcon approved by the BAR. I then went to the BAR, had it inspected and received a certification sticker confirming the repair is proper. We then came to Smog Pros for a smog check, it passes ALL emissions tests, but the owner fails the vehicle on a visual check. He claimed the cat con is illegal, that "you bought a cheap part not approved for use in California". We called to request appointment to show him all the documentation, and the owner yells at us "Your catalytic is illegal, I will not pass you, there is nothing I can do for you, don't come or call ever again!". NEVER IN OUR LIVES HAVE WE BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH RUDENESS AS THAT OF THE OWNER OF SMOG PROS. We filed
