I really wanted to leave a great review because the gentleman I spoke with was friendly and seemed trustworthy at first. But overall, I left feeling stuck and disappointed. I brought my car in because my back brakes were squeaking. I explained I was on a tight budget and needed to know the cost before deciding. He told me he couldn’t estimate because prices change daily due to tariffs and that some parts now cost triple. I was worried and said I needed to think about it. He said he’d need to inspect the brakes first to give me a real estimate and promised there would be no charge for this. I agreed and left the car.
