Curts Detail Shop & Towing

Was in a car accident where my car was not drivable after. The 911 operator ended up calling Curt’s towing. I would have chosen different, after knowing how they already treat customers. But I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. The truck driver was very nice and understanding. I did not end up getting any of my things out of my vehicle being it was 4 in the morning. Went in the next day to try and retrieve my necessities out of my vehicle, the lady up front was rude, and told me I could not get my things. I explained to her I am pregnant and also have things I had to have for work in my car. She told me it wasn’t her problem and I should have got it at the time of the accident. I explained it was 4 am. Dark and I was in shock. She told me I could get my things if I paid $350. I told

Disgustingly rude woman answering the phones at this place. How in the world she even has a job is beyond me outside of her being under the desk of the owner on her lunch break. And judging by other reviews here I'm not the only one who's had the problem. Getting cussed at on the phone when trying to set up an appointment to get my stuff from the car is unacceptable! And attempting to charge triple digit prices just to gain access to my own vehicle ought to be criminal. Might as well steer clear of this place if at all possible!

These people are vile evil scammed. The lady at the front desk is the most rude, unprofessional, deranged individual I've ever come across in my life. These people have refused to let me get my belongings out if my vehicle, said I had to surrender my title to retrieve my belongings out of my vehicle after getting hit at no fault of my own and having a casualty from the accident. I explained this. These people were rude to the point she made me cry. My attorney even said These people are some of the most vile she has ever encountered and doesnt like dealing with them. I have to take them to court with the settlement money I received for the casualty because they are refusing to give me my medications from my vehicle. These people are evil, vile, scammed. Do not do business with them. Shad

My son was in a car accident, lady came over in his lane and hit him. He was shaken up and scared after the accident (first accident). He didn't get all of his belongings out of the car. He went back and the lady yelled at him and told him he had to pay for the car in order to get the stuff out. I proceeded to call and she was rude to me and told me it was going to be more than $500 just to get his stuff out. As for now we are unable to get his stuff out of the car. This is stealing. Its our stuff and we shouldn't have to pay to get our stuff out of his car.

⚠️ CONSUMER WARNING: Curt’s Towing – Predatory, Deceptive, and Disgraceful In my opinion, Curt’s Towing operates less like a legitimate business and more like a predatory opportunist waiting for people at their most vulnerable moments. Their conduct toward accident victims and vehicle owners is, in my experience, unconscionable, deceptive, and wholly inconsistent with the ethical obligations expected of any company serving the public. After my recent dealings with this outfit, I can confidently say that Curt’s Towing seems to have perfected a business model that thrives on confusion, fear, and delay. Vehicles are held hostage under the guise of “procedure,” while storage fees quietly accumulate like interest on misery. Transparency is nonexistent, compassion is absent, and professionalis
