Chip Dowdy was our POC and kept us informed through the whole process . He was thorough and approachable, which is hard to come by in this industry. Got our car looking good as new as if it never happened !

From start to finish, they kept me informed every step of the way — giving me updates on my car’s repairs on the bumper on Tuesday and Thursday just like they promised. I was originally told it would take about two weeks, but to my surprise, I got my car back in just one week — and it looks brand new!
