They repaired my car quickly, workmanship was excellent, and the damage was repaired to look like it was never there.

After my wife spoke to the lady at the desk almost two months previous, and after being assured the work could be completed while we were out of town, we scheduled a key drop off date. We arrived while they were still open, and the gal stated she would need to be absent for an out of state funeral for the entire period of the scheduled service of our vehicle. When asked, she said no one else does her job, and no one would be there while she was gone to make sure the work is completed on time after all. So, after waiting two months for this "all is going to be fine" drop off for service, we were back to square one, looking for a different shop AFTER our vacation after all. Shop was timely, communicative of all steps, easy to leave & retrieve, & found a solution to the 1 issue I had after with their glass contractor & resolved issue SAME day! Would go back but hope to never need again!😉
