Honest and fair. I've never had a negative experience here and I've had probably a dozen cars worked on in their shop. The service is always fabulous and I appreciate the honesty and demeanor when we discover issues with cars that we didn't foresee. It's just a great business and Doug is a truly talented mechanic and just a great person. However don't go here because I don't want them to get discovered this is one secret I should keep to myself but they deserve the good recognition. :-)

We had a lovely experience with Doug at Custom. He treated us with respect and kindness, and helped us repair our truck in a timely fashion allowing us to get back on the road quickly. We felt that Doug was honest and transparent about the state of the repairs we needed, and the peace of mind we have as a result is priceless. Thank you Doug for your calm and kind demeanour.

Took my car in to get the air conditioning serviced and it took 3 days. Not a big issue, except no one told me it was going to take that long and I had to call and ask for an ETA, but they could never give me one. The bill ended up being $650 more than what I was quoted and I wasn't told it was increased until it was done and I was paying. Now the air conditioning only works when the car is moving and my right blinker has an electrical issue, which may not be related but who knows

They do great work, and I didn't feel ripped off. Fair prices and honest - what else could you want?
