I bought a brand new 75 foot bucket truck from a salesman named John Dean everything was great until I signed and pulled off the lot I got home mind you six hours away and when I went to raise the bed on the truck I blew oil all over my driveway I called custom truck and they sent somebody out to fix it the next morning once they came out and fixed it it worked but nobody cleaned up the oil off of the truck or the driveway so I had to do that myself they offered to give me a pole Saw and extend the warranty on the boom slightly I was fine with that the next day I went out to the first job with the truck and the cylinder started leaking I called custom truck they sent somebody out the next day the mechanic looked at it and said it was not right then waited for The manufacture to send out on

I work trucking company dispatcher. Today my driver had load to them. My driver wait for unloading 4 and half hours. People is working here very unprofessional and rude. I don't recommend this place
