Custom Truck One Source

The experience with this company has been unfortunately terrible. I’m part of small business who got a brand new vehicle from here. This company made an error with their engine and was faulty it only had few a thousand miles on it. Its now been close to a month of not receiving the vehicle repaired, a new vehicle or even a rental in the mean time for that matter. We sadly had to let one of our crew members go because we do not have this necessary equipment to keep up with the new higher demand we were expected to deliver with our purchase. I now fear for my own job sake with having taking this long. I can’t stress enough how Highly unprofessional this company is. This review dose not even deserve 1 star it should be 0

My husband bought a brand new lift from this company for his small business and 6 months in it had complete engine failure with barely any miles or working hours on it. Unfortunately, this company have not helped at all with the situation. They cannot provide a rental vehicle in the meantime either. I would expect much more to try to rectify this.

The parts guy and front desk are very helpful. They didn't have what I needed but had no problem sourcing it for me.

Save yourself the aggravation pisspoor at best 9-12-22 ordered a new Terex rotator motor $3000+ they got it fast and it was right problem is they double charged me and took weeks of arguing and calls to correct their self induced "mistake," okay let's try again because they are the closest Terex custom one to me and now my closest service provider for new 2023 freightliner xt60/70 delivered from custom one truck in Virginia called fri morning June 30 23 with no power to factory trailer wiring on brand new rig and because I don't have a account with them service dept can't get out or assist for two weeks minimum never provided a appointment or any sort of course of action. My job is getting alot more difficult with our truck sitting in a garage for a long period of time with no rental or loaner to keep us going.
