Our car broke down on a Sunday coming from St. Louis on our way home to Ohio. . On Monday morning I visited Z-1 urgently asking for it to be looked at and they said they were too busy with “oil changes”. I then went to Custom Wrenches where Suzy understood my situation and worked us into the schedule even though it was a challenge for her crew. She then took me back to the hotel and picked me up when the work was completed. My family appreciated the great service and empathy for our situation. I for sure would recommend Custom Wrenches over any competitor in the area.
I liked that they communicated before doing repairs. So far my vehicle is running good!!
They are very respectful and had friendly customer service. They repaired my Subaru and it’s working great!
