J&R is professional and informative. The front desk was extremely easy to work with, providing answers to all of my questions ensuring that I would get my vehicle in as quickly as possible. They provided updates in a timely and professional manner. My vehicle was finished in a reasonable amount of time and came back looking great. They new pieces are indistinguishable. My car was broken into in St Louis on a Friday night. I got ahold of Nic on Saturday morning, and brought my car right over. They provided me with a nice loaner vehicle to get around with over the weekend. And during the week to get to work. The glass was ordered and installed, and they cleaned my car of all broken glass. They are very impressive, fast, and professional. I won't go anywhere else!
