Brought my 2014 Kia forte to replace the back bumper through insurance. The staff was attentive and offered coffee:) (They have a cool looking seating area) My service advisor was Pedro and he made this whole process easy and worry free. I have to make a shout out to the GM Irving for making me feel at ease. You can tell he loves what he does and takes care of his team and customers. The entire team was amazing! I had a mishap with a curb that caused me to be unable to get my door open. I drove in and Marco fixed it in a jiffy! He’s the nicest guy and this place is pristine. I wanted to hang out longer in their lobby! We will get it fixed by them and I’m sure it will be fantastic. Highly recommend CV Auto Body!

Took my Mercedes E350 for front and rear bumper repair and paint. Real quality work at a fair price. Jose really came through after we had an issue regarding a piece of trim that I was not satisfied with. He stepped up and made it right. I chose this local shop and I'm glad I did. Thanks Jose

Wow!! I had such a great experience during my claims process, but mainly because of Pedro Navarro. He took in my car for the repairs, answered all of my questions and concerns throughout the process and always maintained good communication with me in regards to updates with the repairs. Friendly, Easy and Efficient!!! They even returned my car washed inside/out. Excellent service, very happy! Thank you
