I’ve dealt with Cw Customs exhaust a couple times and every time I go I get the best services great customer service they Are very acknowledge able and honest I also asked for a pacific cat. It would’ve took me about two weeks to get if I ordered myself he got it same day and repaired done same day. and that’s why I keep going back and recommending to family and friends I would give them more than five stars if I could

Called to get a quote. Guy that answered the phone clearly doesn't listen and thinks he knows everything about a custom application.....which I told him it was from the beginning of a phone call. "I never seen a..... on a Cadillac before". Reiterated it was a custom application like I told him when we first got on the phone. He rudely hung up.

Very rude, incompetent, and very unprofessional; was screamed and cussed at for asking if a muffler could be put on my car and told my car has four mufflers when my car has two🤨then seen dude chase off three other customers because he was yelling and screaming at them too. Never again.

I called up there, needing some work done fast right before closing time and he offered to do it for me. He did a very great job in repairing my exhaust on my ram 2500 in a very quick time and charge me much at all and I left a good tip.
