CW Direct By Camping World

Purchased a new Furrion to replace my dometic ac unit. Worked with Mathias, got home to have a certified installer do the swap, found the ac unit to be broken in the shroud and base, nothing in stock to remedy so went through with install. Continued contract without avail, kept being told the parts were on order. Months later I’m told by the new parts manager that I’m out of the purchase period, good luck. I have all the emails and saved the voice mails but clearly corporate policy comes before and compassion for their customers. I’ll choose to deal with someone with integrity.

Krystal has been fabulous to work with. We couldn't have felt more supported. My wife and I are first time RV purchasers/owners. We had our eyes on a Grand Design RV, Serenova. We had a ton of questions pre-purchase, and follow-up after we decided to go for it. While on the road, during our first trip, we had a few service items we needed help. Krystal has always been there to help us out and coordinate service while we are on the road. Thank you Krystal!

Working with Krystal was fantastic! She took the time to listen to what I wanted, the features I needed and the budget I was working with! Krystal offered to personally chauffeur me around the huge lot and was willing to show me anything and everything I wanted to see. She is very personable and was just as excited as I was about my new RV! She even offered to have my top 2 choices brought right up to the store so I could compare them side by side. I was also very impressed with her knowledge of the different makes, models and floor plans they offer. She recommended a few models I didn’t even consider at first which really helped with my decision in the end! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KRYSTAL IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR AN RV….10/10!

We bought a camper from CW, and our experience has been terribly disappointing. The overall handling of our time was wasterful and unprofessional, leaving us with serious doubts about their performance. We were first-time buyers and had a fantastic time with Brandon (new employee), who is the only reason you guys deserve a star, and a couple of the sales members. We were told that they did not have the time to finance that day, but that they would start the process. - Brandon you did great, I'm just sorry your team let you down - However, things quickly took a turn for the worse when we arrived the next day, ready to move forward with the camper and loan, only to be told nothing was ready as the loan manager was out due to a stomach bug, with more details than necessary. As first time RV shoppers, my wife and I needed a lot of help. Josh was so helpful and patient without being pushy. He would provide videos, photos, and any other information we asked for, without hesitation, even when it was freezing outside and snow on the ground. CW Direct has a huge selection and great prices. If you're in the market, I would definitely suggest giving them a try. Ask for Josh, though I imagine the rest of the staff is great too.
