Good old mom & pops all American small business. It took me 3 years to do it, but I finally believe I was able to build a solid, reliable & trustworthy professional relationship with this shop. Standing on a foundation of patience, customer loyalty & understanding. I have found a shop in which I can drop my car off for its yearly routine maintenance, and those dreaded pop up repairs, but not have to worry about being overcharged, taken advantage of, or have a non-certified technician working on my car. It was the new manager George who put it over the top professionally providing excellent customer service. I have also noticed a few new technicians around as well. To the owner John & Cyber tire, please accept our most sincere thanks for all you do in our community. You are appreciated!

This is got to be the best tire and auto repair shop in the entire city of New York! I believe you can trust your car to this business and not get ripped off! Patched my tire in 30 minutes or less and got me right back on the road. Very reasonable rates. Very happy with the quick service, and hospitality. Also provided coffee and tea and an extremely clean bathroom. I had a flat on Central Park south at 3 PM on Friday afternoon October 13, 2023. I used the Guardian app to get a tow and they came out within 90 minutes and got me to the repair shop before 5 PM. (They close at 6pm). by the way, I’d highly recommend Guardian by GM OnStar it is the best roadside assistance app!

Overpriced and not transparent. I got a flat tire while visiting NYC and stopped by CyberTire hoping for a quick fix. They sold me a 245/50R20 Atturo AZ600 tire — a low-budget brand — for $229.95, plus tax and a $5 disposal fee. Total paid: $255.80. After checking online, I found the same tire goes for around $120–$140 elsewhere — even with installation. No one warned me about the price before the job was done. They took advantage of the situation, knowing I was from out of town and in a hurry. I do not recommend this shop. Way overpriced and not honest about costs upfront. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Highly recommend. Had a flat tire and got exceptional service from the team. They were quick, informed and didn't overcharge. While I initially thought it was a flat due to a nail and required a fix the technician looked at it and told me it was a valve issue. Gave me a range for the potential costs and ended up paying just for a quick fix/lower than I expected (didn't upsell and didn't overcharge me for random things). Seems like a local shop. Everyone kept me posted on how long and when I could pick up the car. For NYC quite a change from the normal repair shops I have been to and would go here for all my needs from now on.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received this morning at around 7am. Upon arrival, I was met with disrespect and poor customer service. After waiting for 5-10 minutes without being attended to, I got out of my car and knocked on the door twice. A staff member then directed me to a side entrance, which seemed unnecessary since he could have provided me with the necessary information and allowed me to drive in for the tire change. As I entered through the designated door, the staff member yelled at me in a demeaning tone, taking issue with my knocking on the door despite his initial instruction. I was taken aback by his behavior and chose to leave immediately, unwilling to spend my money at a business that disrespects its customers. As a black individual, I couldn't help but
