Cycle Gear

Went to the Lynnwood store and was not impressed by the store and its staff . Left after I had to hunt down half assed help. Decided to give the Bellingham store a shot and they absolutely killed it. Friendly helpful staff, clean well laid out store. I will 100% drive the extra 25 minutes it takes me to get to the Bellingham store.

My helmet visor was fogging up constantly in the chilly air. I stopped in on my way home and asked for help as it was not safe or comfortable. Chris gave me two options, anti fog wipes or a fog city anti fog visor insert. I had no interest in constantly using wipes so I got the insert. Chris installed it for me and had me test it before putting it back on my helmet. Absolute professionals here, I am Thankful we have a moto gear and supply store here with people that genuinely care. I don't get that treatment at a certain dealership I used to shop at... and I LOVE the visor insert! Quick and simple fix. Absolutely worth it!

Came in for the first time the other day, new to the bike scene, and they helped me pick out a helmet that was comfortable while still keeping the safety aspect, they helped me find a perfect size helmet! Will definitely come to cycle gear again in the near future !!

The customer service at the Bellingham store is great!! I always have a good experience there. I was able to try on multiple helmets and figure out what works best with my head shape which you can't do ordering online. Thanks again for the help!!
