Im trying to become a rider finally, and take a msf course this year. I came here sat and sunday and any queation i asked they helped answer. I dont remember who worked sat but his knowledge and just pretty much nailing my helmet size was amazing. Great group of people. Next is helmet to get but im still doing research to find that perfect one.

Great customer support, pricing and gear. Adol, the service rep in the Memphis store was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me with the purchase all the gear needed for a new rider. He even invited me to Bike Night scheduled in March. That made me feel awesome for a new rider. Much thanks for Adol!

Staff was very attentive and explained merchandise and all of the needed extras to make our new purchases seamless. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and the other staff assisted without hesitation. The Memphis store has always went beyond expectations when we go there.

Blake and the rest of his team provided excellent customer service and support. Mounted my new tire and got me back in b the road in record time.

Staff is always friendly and prices are reasonable if you do a little shopping. I got a great deal on an LED headlamp that is super bright! Drew was able to plug it right in for me and I would not have known how to do that. So thanks for going the extra mile and I am one happy customer!
