Would not recommend this place. I went in to look at a vehicle, the individual behind the counter was very passive aggressive and kind rude in his demeanor and the way he communicated details about the vehicle. He could not provide report for the vehicle and stated that everything about the car was embedded in his head. Does not seem like a reliable place to buy a car.

lost a cash sale on a jeep today ,,, wouldnt even come out the door and cars are all locked ,i really liked the jeep ,to bad ,headed for greensboro to buy a jeep.

I went to D&B because I was recommended and they had the exact car that fit our budget and needs. When we went inside to get more details about the Honda CR-V, we received a lot of negative feedback from the man behind the counter. It seemed he didn’t want us to be there at all. The first words out of his mouth when we asked to test drive the Honda was, “You need to be financially ready to buy the car before you can even look at it.” I responded with, “We intend on paying for it with cash.” He then became a little less hostile. I told him we were super interested and would be back. There was only one problem with the car, it would lock and unlock when you got under 20 mph. I figured this was a sensor issue and he said he would fix it. The next day I came back with the intent of buying the

Family took vehicle to have assessed. Came back fixed but with a bill 3 times as much as the dealership quoted. They get to choose between Christmas and a repair now. Would not recommend
