D & D Tire

3 stars without receiving service that should tell you about the place I threw no fault of their own didn't get the service because my car died while I was on the way there I actually when I pulled in he tried jumping me the car just wasn't responsive so I didn't get the tire but I will say that for the price and the friendliness without getting the service I'm giving them the three star I can't get conscious give somebody service five stars that I haven't gotten I probably would have put a five star had I got in the tire put on but there's no fault of their own he tried his best so that alone right there without knowing me or anything he tried to help my situation but they were really busy and I get it so yeah three stars

I love this place and have used it for years. Recently, when D&D was closed over the holidays, I took my car to another business because of a damaged tire. It was a disastrous experience, with the business telling me I needed to replace all four tires. I declined to do this and returned to D&D when they reopened for their assessment. Turns out that, as I suspected, I didn't need four new tires. I appreciate the honesty and service that D&D provides and will continue to frequent their business.

Phil was awesome! I sent my college daughter to his shop as her tire pressure light was on. Being away from home I had no way of helping her and they took care of her like she was their daughter. They called me and explained the situation and took care of her tire. Best customer service experience!!!!

D&D is great. Parking in downtown Lawrence blows. If you park out front for 3 minutes, run in and run back out because you don't have any change, you've got a ticket. Where do these people even hide? They must have one permanently stationed down there

Excellent work by professionals. They will mount tires with tubes. I checked with 10 other stores and none of them would even touch my tires because of the tubes. Much appreciated guys!
