We have heard nothing but good things about this dealership, so we found a great looking used 2015 Tahoe. The miles were higher than we wanted but we got the Carfax, it looked great and had a couple issues from the start that they took care of for us. Let me say these were issues that they said was fixed ahead if time. Do we didn't do our normal pre-purchase inspection. We paid cash for the vehicle and was on our way. This was the Enf of July. Fast forward to today and we had to take it into the shop to get a check engine light problem fixed on the fuel system. The mechanic then told us that thus vehicle needs front brakes very bad, someone just put pads on without rotors. So now the rotors are ate up and have to be replaced. Not to mention both front struts are leaking, one almost drippin

I had been looking for a Ford Superduty for a little while. I’ve been to a few of the dealers in Joplin with diesel trucks, test driving many different trucks. D&J had the cleanest inventory. They are very knowledgeable about their inventory and common issues with different makes and models. They do an excellent job of picking the best vehicles to sell. We made a great deal with my trade in. It was an easy no pressure sale, I couldn’t be happier. I plan to go back when it’s time to replace the wife’s car.
