***ONLY SPEAKING ON THE RENTALS*** We use this car lot for rentals since they work with only debit cars and have a low deposit. Chuck, with the rental part, is the sweetest gentleman you'll ever meet! He always greets woth a smile and really works with you on if you need to extend the rental. The review would be 5 stars based on Chuck alone! However, there's a minor "hiccup". The deposit takes forever! We use different banks sometimes and each deposit refund takes 10 BUSINESS days. So, we know it's not on the bank. I've even called the bank to see if there was pending deposits, they've said no. So I called and traced it down. Rental car was returned Wednesday but the request from D&P didn't get turned into the banking or finance until Friday. So we probably won't see it until around the 1

Have a hard look at what you are thinking of buying. The "cosmetic" damage on the car we were looking at, after very close inspection, turned out to be more extensive than stated and not fixed up to the standard for a 2024 vehicle.

We live in Michigan and didn’t want to drive into the unknown when buying a vehicle from out of state. The Sienna had a CARFAX and I knew most of what I needed. Max is easy to deal with and answered all my questions honestly and promptly without pressure. I got preapproved and we drove to see it. The Sienna drove well and within 2 hours we were driving back home with our brand-new used Sienna! No pressure for add-ons, Scott the finance fella was great. Brandon showed us the vehicle, got it cleaned and filled up the gas tank for our trip back. Then they followed up with an email! Thanks for a wonderful, personalized, trustworthy experience. I visited this store a few weeks ago. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though we decided to wait to buy a van, I know that we will be back to visit. Great Place!
