D-Patrick Audi

We recently bought a Q5 and worked with Kaylee. She was fantastic! Though we kept her late, she was helpful and kind, and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. We could not get back to Evansville to pick up our vehicle, so she delivered it, and we live an hour away. She arrived promptly, and was very helpful in explaining all of the tech on our new car. She has checked in with us since, and is eager to answer any questions we have.

Patrick was so much fun to work with. He has the perfect personality for this job. I came there not even looking for the vehicle I purchased. He helped me find the perfect choice and made it simple. He answered my numerous questions kindly. Poor guy. Lol He made the buying experience enjoyable. I am so grateful for his help. I LOVE my new VW Atlas.

Started off ok, but then was told things about the vehicle that weren't accurate. They hire very inexperienced sales people which is odd for such expensive vehicles... I received an email from the GM asking how our experience was, with no response. It's obvious that was a generic email sent that isn't monitored or cared about. Also it looks like they only reply to the positive reviews, so not expecting an acknowledgement of this review...

We had a great experience buying an Audi for my husband. Hayden Lummer is a phenomenal salesman to work with. The process was streamlined for us, he has integrity and even made the daunting task fun. I will absolutely buy again from D. Patrick and look forward to having Hayden as a salesman in the future.
