I bought an BMW X7 2021 on June 28, 2025. This my fourth BMW but I normally purchase my BMW's from BMW Of West Saint Louis. DPatrick just happened to have the vehicle I wanted with the make model, exterior and interior colors that I wanted. I purchased the vehicle on a Saturday but when we left the dealership we noticed the brakes started squeaking. I drove the vehicle back from my home in Fairview Heights, Illinois back to DPatrick, Evansville Indiana to return the vehicle. I was told that I couldn't return the vehicle but they would look at the issues. I also complained about the having issues turning on parking lots or out of my driveway under slow conditions. Harley spent time explaining the difference between the 3 brands we choose. After letting us drive the automobiles we choose to look at and comparison between. We decided on out x5. Never did Harley try to rush or direct us towards a choice. Then when we were confident in our decision was when we started talking price . Very comfortable decision to make. I've been driving by D-Patrick BMW dealership for years and finally decided to stop by and take a spin! I had a wonderful experience with my salesman, Cade. He took the time to listen to me and was able to find my dream car, the BMW X3 30 xDrive at a different dealership and get it for me. This is my first BMW and it is definitely a luxury car! I also really appreciated the BMW Genius, Jack, who was very informative and patient! Overall my experience was positive and I found out afterwards that Cade even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly. Cade and Jack were great to work with, however the few minutes I spent with the sales manager, Ryan, was so terrible that I was considering walking out.
