Polite to everyone. Clean waiting area. Relatively quick service.

The facility was very clean, with a large waiting area so you can keep your distance from others. The staff was very jovial from the minute I entered the facility. The staff working the service center are very knowledgeable they quickly figured out what was wrong with my car. The wait time for my vehicle once it was in the shop was very short and you'll get a proper estimate before they start the work and it's usually spot on.

This is by far the best service department in Evansville.

They always do a nice job when working on my car! The waiting area is nice and has coffee and popcorn for customers. I was able to connect to their wifi on my laptop and get work done while I was there. Getting your car worked on isn't always fun, but the waiting room here makes it bearable!

Had a great experience getting my oil changed here. They got me in and out of the dealership in about an hour and made sure my car was ready to be driven the 2k miles back to Washington State. Only did what needed to be done and didn't feel nickel and dimed like many dealerships do.
