After years of owning my 2015 Jetta and coming here for maintenance, I encountered my EPC light coming on just around 100k miles. It would come and go but was still something I wanted fixed. This dealership said that if it wasn’t on they can’t see what it is. So I took it to a foreign mechanic in Bloomington. They point out a TSB from 2018 to update the EPC. They can’t update it because it has to be authorized VW software. On my next service, I take the print out of the tsb from them to this dealership where I bought it new from mind you. I get a call service is done and they say the tsb doesn’t exist. I put my 3rd party mechanic on the phone with Ben Harris who just repeats the same thing about it not existing. One star for kind service team members. The lack of the other 4 are for the following: November 10, 2021 I hit a deer. November 22- December 14 I leave my Land Rover with them to be repaired. Since the repairs, (which included the radiator) my low coolant light has come one 3 times. Each time, the light has come on spaced a few weeks apart. The initial 2 times, I was advised by a mechanic, could be air in the system and just needed topping off with coolant. I fill with coolant and proceed with normal driving. The third time, I contact them because I realize there is definitely a leak in the coolant system. Long story, but D-Patrick has decided that (after being paid in full) they could not possibly bare any responsibility in the low coolant problem. The Land Rover with under 50K miles on

I am new to the area, and recently had a minor accident. Being quite OCD, it’s difficult to find a place that I trust. D-Patrick was professional, had great communication, and was very attentive in dealing with me and insurance. They even immediately answered some follow-up questions, when most businesses take your money and run.
