This place deserves negative Stars they don't even have real mechanics they lie they will cost you more money than it would have if you would have taken it to somebody that knows what they're doing they'll fix things how fast just so that you have to keep paying them for their mess ups I would not take your car here no matter what they have no idea of what they are doing. I'm going to you turn them into the better Business bureau they have no idea how to run a shop all they are is money hungry do not use this place they do not fix things they make it worse do not use this place and if you notice they do not and will not admit their fault in any of their bad reviews it's always the customer's fault do not use this place I feel bad for you if you do

Took my truck in on a Tuesday and had a diagnostic done on my brakes for $65. I was told what was wrong with my brakes and that the parts would be ordered and delivered in 4 working days. On the day the parts where supposed to be installed, the following Monday, I was lied to. I was told the parts where delayed by the seller on eBay. Then I was told, after talking to "The corporate office", the parts need to be paid for prior to shipping. They had 4 business days to notify me about the parts and they did not. They kept the $65 diagnosis charge. I had to rent a vehicle for the week they lied about and another week for a reliable shop to perform the work they could not. Totalling $580. Cost me double the amount because I relied on this place to do what they said they would do Also, they do n

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to D & V Auto for years, I can’t count. Always professional, quick, and on time. I always get a clear explanation of what’s wrong or what they did. I highly recommend their service, and especially Luis, he is the best!

This is a very difficult review to make. I know that a review greatly impacts a business and all those that work at the business. Firstly I live 2 hours from this shop, it was the first shop opened and I have always been and always will go to small businesses to support local businesses. This started on August 12th. I dropped the vehicle off first thing in the morning. My brakes were completely broken and I needed them replaced asap. I had been informed that the part would not be available until the next day at noon. I said that was fine. The next day I reached out, the part would arrive at 4:30. I will always come to d&v auto truck repair they did amazing job on my 2008 dodge caravan I have a major noise I took to 2 different shop spent a lot of money else where but problem still there I came to d&v they found my front strut bad and they also recommended me do tune up and my fluid change now my van is running like a new van thanks d&v auto I will always come see you even your mechanic speak Spanish but my goal knowledge to fix my car I appreciate you guys .
